Dennis J. Hayes has extensive experience in litigation involving public employee associations and private sector labor unions. Appearing before the California Court of Appeals and the California Supreme Court, he has numerous published cases enforcing both the constitutional  and statutory rights of employees. Serving as General Counsel for many unions, he also negotiates collective bargaining agreements in both the public and private sector..

Military Service:

Mr. Hayes is a Vietnam Veteran who served in the U.S. Navy on the USS EDSON (DD946), a destroyer that  conducted naval gunfire support missions for the troops in Vietnam and that worked with the USS MIDWAY (CVA-41) in the Gulf of Tonkin during combat missions.
